This is an opportunity for the SAHM's who struggle getting frustrated and having mommy rage because their:
Overwhelmed: overwhelmed by all the things we feel we need to know, do "right", keep up with in order to be a "good" mom.
Loneliness: As we try to keep up with everything we're experiencing for the time in the toddler stage, it's hard to remember or too exhausting to think about connecting with others.
Resentment : after it all, feelings of resentment towards our spouse, relatives or friends creeps in for all sorts of reasons, but mainly due to feeling like the weight of the world is on our shoulders and we desperately want a break like them.
Add it all up to get...
Frustration: getting frustrated often which may lead to losing self control, because despite all our efforts to help ourselves and our child cope with life, nothing works and, welll, we lose it.
Did you know these are symptoms of a deeper issue and that is, LACK of SELF CARE?
The reason we don't do it enough, as is, has a lot to do with:
- We created a habit within the first year, of motherhood, solely putting our focus on our little ones in order to keep them alive, safe and healthy.
- We've forgotten who we are, and what we love to do in the first place, just for us.
- We don't know how to make time for us among all the other things we have to keep up with in the home, relationships, work, you name it.
- We have been misguided as to what self care actually looks like and what it means and think it's unrealistic or just as stressful
- We feel selfish, or guilty for taking care of us.
That is why I created a system that brings a mother step by step to help her observe and see what has been holding her back in the first place from self care like she needs it (mom guilt, people pleasing, misunderstanding self care and more), clear all of that out of the way, discover what she values and desires most, and help her make it 100% possible. This system is so effective because it gives the mother a chance to be heard, supported, held accountable to reach & maintain any desired goals.
All so you can learn how to cope with feelings of frustration so you can set an healthy example for your toddler.
It's a chance to learn more about yourself so you can start applying a self care routine that helps you be the best version of yourself for your child, spouse, relatives, friends and YOU!
Learn, for yourself, how to create the habit of making time for you so it becomes like second nature and gives you lasting results.
(You'll see how that looks below)
"What a confidence booster and I know if I ever hit another sticky spot she is there if I need her. Invest in yourself I can't recommend it enough."
-Bethany, Mother of 5-
Hi, I’m Valerie
I'm a mom, wife, coach, house cleaner, driver, cook, and all the other hats we wear in motherhood. I gave birth to my son during the pandemic, which was a very stressful, and confusing time for me. After what I went through, I knew I wasn't alone. I reached out to other new moms, and no sooner did I realize they weren't being supported, understood, or heard. So I took advantage of my certification in Life Coaching and put to practice the methods I learned to get back my strength, my energy, and my voice. Now, I'm set out to help moms do the same by pushing back against the pressures that get placed on motherhood, helping moms connect back with themselves, feel supported, build a life and legacy of their choosing.

This is a little breakdown of what coaches do and don't do:
- Coaches don’t do all the talking, they listen.
- Coaches give a limited amount of information, & ask more questions.
- Coaches offer fewer ideas so they generate more ideas from clients.
- Coaches don't share their stories & focus more on the client’s experience.
- Coaches don’t focus on presenting solutions, they expand the client’s thinking.
- Coaches don’t give recommendations, they empower clients to choose.
What separates a coach is by the way a coach approaches a conversation with a client. Coaches seek to help you through a process of discovery by using active listening skills, asking powerful questions, expanding thought processes, identifying limited beliefs, designing action steps and following up.
This way you're not trying another formula that isn't sustainable or practical for your life and be right back where you originally began no sooner than later. Instead, as a coach, it is my intention to help you make the connections, see your potential and work through your road blocks so you can experience effective and lasting change.
1:1 Life Coaching
When you work with a Life Coach 1:1, you are given the opportunity to speak directly with your coach. You are heard and asked specified questions to help you remove road blocks in your life and discover new ideas for how you can envision going after a goal of choice. In your time together, you gain detailed insight, help, support, and tools based on your specific needs right there on the spot.
Pretty cool, right!?
Depending on whether your time together consists of 6 weeks, more or less, in order to gain your desired results, you'll most likely need to block out time in your schedule for your calls. Those calls can take anywhere up to 60 or 90 mins.
This also means you'll be applying new ways to go about getting you closer to your goals, while being held accountable to them. If you like to nip things in the butt, have coach supporting you along the way and move right along, this works great.
Online Course
As for using an online course, you get the opportunity to gain similar benefits of growth, tools, and insight, just with a broader take on things.
Online courses could be videos or recordings that are more geared on teaching you something new, the coach will still ask questions in the videos, but they won't be specified around the answers you give in particular (based more a long an idea of what most women would say or have in the past from other sessions a coach has gone through).
Which can still create powerful change in your life.
The great thing about courses online is you can take them at your own pace, revisit them as often as you like for a lifetime. Plus, there is an opportunity for you to experience what it's like to be Life Coached with a smaller price tag $$ attached.
